claudiaClaudia Wulf – Managing Director

With a recruitment career that spans more than fifteen years within specialized executive search industry, Claudia has worked with a broad range of companies, from start ups through to some of the world‘s leading brands across Europe and the Middle East Region, delivering a variety of recruitment services – permanent, interim and through tailored executive search.

Before starting NAKAMA GERMANY in 2009, Claudia was the Regional Director CEE for the global recruitment firm AQUENT for more than six years focussing on the digital marketing, communications, creative and media sectors.

Before joining AQUENT, Claudia worked as an international Senior Manager for TMP Worldwide where she managed national and international executive search assignments. Prior to her career in Search Claudia gained more than eleven years experience with Arthur Andersen in Germany and Spain in their international Tax Consultancy and Audit department. She has a diploma in economy, law and tax from the University of Hamburg and speaks English and Spanish.

At the turn of the millennium Claudia took a sabbatical year and travelled through North, Central and South America with her backpack. During this time she experienced three earthquakes in Guatemala, Honduras and Costa Rica and more than three volcano eruptions in Ecuador.

As a keen snowboarder she is often to be found in alpine heights in the winter and as a passionate runner she loves participating in marathons during the summer.



Florian BucherFlorian Bucher – Senior Consultant

Florian has a strong recruiting background in the IT and Tech industries due to his work experience with global staffing agencies and related software partners.

For the last 2 years Florian has been working as an independent recruiting consultant for international companies in the media and technology sector.

Florian supports his project partners hands-on in their day-to day recruiting as well as with strategies in regards to their recruiting process. Florian is always interested to understand the people behind the employee and manager to be able to find the right cultural and  professional fit.

Florian holds a diploma (Master’s) in business administration and speaks fluent German and English.

In his spare time Florian enjoys hiking and traveling with his wife and daughter.


IMG 2Birgit Hornung – Senior Consultant

Birgit has more than 10 years experience within the Human Resource and Recruitment industry, acquired through her work in several international consulting companies. Before joining Nakama Germany she worked as Team Lead Recruiting and HR at the Innovation design firm IDEO for several years. In this role she delivered the whole range of Talent Management and Talent Acquisition services, with a special focus on recruitment for design positions. After leaving IDEO she decided to focus on executive search within the digital design and digital marketing industry.

Birgit holds a degree in communication studies as well as a Bachelor's degree in psychology and has recently started her Master's degree in psychology.

In her spare time Birgit likes to explore the regional and national music and art scene and enjoys the outdoors.



Hilda Hilla – Consultant

Hilda is an experienced recruitment consultant coming from a specialist background.

She has been passionate about finding the perfect match for both clients and candidates for the past 5 years.

In her spare time Hilda enjoys reading about technology and innovation and how it impacts our lives. She is also an avid supporter of the start up world, enjoys attending networking meet ups, industry talks and events.




teresa2Teresa O’Connor – Office & Database Manager

Teresa has been working in professional services for more than six years before she joined NAKAMA GERMANY as Office & Database Manager. Her roles have been diverse and have ranged from assistant to project leader in various office and job environments including performance marketing and technology.

She has managed an office and assisted teams. As well as organising events and coordinating projects for online consulting and marketing firms. For several years now she has also been translating numerous legal and technical documents since she was brought up bilingual with German and English as her mother tongue.

In her spare time she trains dogs and likes to go on hikes and long walks with her dogs.



Louisa Brader – Research Consultant

Louisa is an experienced sourcer and research consultant from a specialist background. She is passionate about finding the best talent for clients and has a very unique approach.
As an ambitious skier she enjoys the alpine heights in the winter. In the summer she likes to spend her time on the water as she has a boat license.
